gnuplotme is a simple intuitive front-end script for gnuplot. It also provides powerful mathematical and statistical capabilities for manipulating input data. Just like gnuplot you can plot different columns from multiple files, however, you do not need to know or understand how gnuplot really works. Furthermore, similar to Excel, you can use arbitrary functions of your data and automatically take the average and plot the confidence interval of multiple files.
Batcher a powerful perl script that allows you to run your simulations across multiple machines while taking care of most management overheads w/o any OS support. The tool relies heavily on variable substitutions to simplify the task of parameter exploration. This is similar to for loops in shell scripts. However, batcher has a better representation and better synchronization than traditional shell scripts. It also allows for parallel execution on multiple machines (using rsh or ssh).
RealEdit is a visual editor for REAL 5.0 Network Simulator. It is written in Java to provide a cross-platform portability. RealEdit provides a user friendly GUI to simplify both building a network for simulations and viewing the results. RealEdit supports remote simulations where the actual simulations are performed on a dedicated server.
